The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating and modeling the structural equations of the virtual education of cyber media literacy of elementary school teachers in Zahedan city. The research was conducted in a survey method using a questionnaire tool in a statistical sample of 327 elementary school teachers in Zahedan. The sampling method was random. The obtained data were analyzed by structural equation modeling approach using SPSS 27 and Lisrel 8.8 software. Examining the fit of the measurement model and measuring the factor loadings show the fit of the obtained data for the application of the model for analysis. All questions and relationships between variables were significant at the 95% confidence level. All the fit indices were acceptable in the domain and therefore the models were confirmed. The model of sustainable educational development has a good fit and quality in terms of the fit of the measurement model. The model represents and measures the sub-variables of the research, i.e. the central phenomenon, causal factors, strategies, contextual factors, intervening factors and consequences, with an appropriate amount of analysis.
